Our main focus is on commission made pieces. We are best know for transforming old pieces and we are happy to discuss any type of projects with you. We have the means of sourcing pieces from a large selection of suppliers.

A non refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of placing an order to secure the sale. Full payment needs to be cleared into our account prior to delivery.
For new commissions the lead time is at the moment 10-12 weeks from placement of order which is confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received.
All deposits are non refundable from the date the project has commenced. Deposits will only be refunded if we are unable to source the required piece or if Jimmie Martin is unable to complete the order.
Delivery and any packing charges are additional to the prices.
Furniture can only be returned to us if faulty. Furniture should be checked upon delivery to ensure satisfaction as we do not accept returns based on change of circumstances at a later date.
Should the furniture not be to the specifications agreed there is a maximum period of 5 working days from when delivery has been made in order to notify Jimmie Martin Limited of any concerns.
